Hotel Information & Reservations
The CRA has two room blocks reserved for the upcoming ASM in Calgary, the Hyatt Regency Calgary and the Fairmont Palliser Calgary. The Hyatt is connected to the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre via an indoor walkway, and the Fairmont is a short walk via the +15 Skywalk network.
Reservations must be made prior to Tuesday, February 4, 2025 in order to qualify for a group rate (delegates are encouraged to reserve early as reservations are subject to availability).
Delegates can reserve a room via the Global Reservations Centre at 1.800.441.1414, noting room block for CRA Annual Scientific Meeting (or CRA0225) or via the link below:

- Hotel room rates are noted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable provincial and local taxes and fees in effect at the time of check out
- Rates apply for single and double occupancy (additional fees for triple and quadruple occupancy, excluding children)
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card
- Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival date will be accepted without penalty, cancellation fee for one (1) night penalty will apply for cancellations made after the cut-off date
- Complimentary high-speed internet in all guestrooms
- The Fairmont Palliser does not own the connected parking garage; parking rates are charged by the parking facility and may be arranged through the hotel at $55day (valet), rate subject to change
- The hotel’s check-in and check-out times are 3:00 pm and 12:00 pm respectively

- Hotel rooms booked under the CRA room blocks include a $10.00 rebate per room per night. These rebates are issued to the CRA to help offset conference costs.
