• Conference delegates are responsible for making their own individual room reservations (unless otherwise instructed).
• Hotel room rates are noted in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable provincial and local taxes and fees in effect at the time of checkout.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.
• Cancellations made 48 hours before the arrival date will be accepted without penalty; a cancellation fee for one (1) night penalty will apply for cancellations made after the cut-off date.
• Complimentary WIFI in all guestrooms.
• Fairmont Winnipeg does not have parking facilities; Richardson Parking Garage is connected underground with the hotel.  Parking rates are charged by the parking facility and may be arranged through the hotel at $24/day (self-parking) and $30/day (valet).
• The hotel’s check-in and check-out times are 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m., respectively.
